This reference uses English descriptions, organelle definitions, unlock conditions and mechanics from the already-owned full Pathogenic game. Its installed release matched Steam’s public build when checked on October 3, 2026. Full-game organelles are included even when they are absent from the demo.

The catalogue covers all 120 slottable organelles, 56 shared mutations, four traits and eleven improvements. It does not yet cover the complete plasmid map, pathogen-specific evolution pools, enemies, rooms or achievements. Catalogue numbers describe unprefixed rarity values before run-wide modifiers. Live counters and player-specific tooltip lines are omitted. The planners model the documented interactions within their stated scope.

The game has not been launched or playtested for this wiki. Formulas and conversion rules were checked against the current game mechanics and local scenario tests. The official infuser guide provides additional context, but the calculator does not treat an illustrative guide as a universal damage model.
